　　The Schedule

　　In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12（q） of the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority Act, the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority hereby makes the following Notification:

　　Citation and commencement

　　1. This Notification may be cited as the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority （Food Safety Excellence Mark） Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2011.

　　Certification Mark

　　2. The Food Safety Excellence Mark set out in the Schedule shall

　　be a certification mark of the Authority.

　　THE SCHEDULE

　　FOOD SAFETY EXCELLENCE MARK

　　（a） Full Colour version

       (b) Single Colour (Reversed Black) version


       (c) Single Colour (Reversed White) version


　　Note: “YYYY” in the mark indicates the starting year since the award holder has held an “A grading”

　　under the Food Factory Grading Scheme specifi ed by the Authority.
